To do SUP you have to stand balance on the board in the water and move around using a paddle. It’s not difficult but not easy either. After a few baths and with a little concentration you will be able to find the balance and from that moment the real fun will begin!
In addition to being fun, practicing SUP is good for our body. Training while standing on a SUP board brings many benefits: it improves balance, tones the muscles, it is a fat burning activity, improves coordination and agility, relaxes and frees the mind.
