We have created for you various activities suitable both for those who want to approach the world of nature photography for the first time and for those who are already experts and are looking for real experiences, to discover corners still wild where the fauna finds refuge.

The experience is aimed at professional photographers, photojournalists but also at simple enthusiasts and amateurs who have the aim of improving their skills in the field of nature photography.

The goal of our new activity is to explore the area in search of native fauna and flora but at the same time be able to capture moments of life, memories, emotions that will remain with you forever. You will also improve your photographic technique by learning the tricks of the trade that our super guide Mirko Sotgiu has learned in years of practice around the world and which he will gladly put at your disposal.

Mirko Sotgiu is a photojournalist and mid-mountain guide specialized in adventure and nature travel. Traveling to the mountains all over the world and discovering their nature is not only a job, but also a passion. He arrives in the field of cinema and photography at the age of 18, immediately making reportages and documentaries.

Since 1997 he has dedicated himself to reportage and landscape photography, creating photographic and documentary services for magazines and websites in the tourism, mountain, sport and nature sectors, as well as producing videos for major television networks and brands in the outdoor sector.

He works constantly with the editorial offices of Natura, Oasis, Meridiani, Meridiani Montagne, Bell’Europa, Desnivel, Alpes, Country&Travel.

In the film and video sector he has worked with RAI, ZDF, BskyB. In 2008 he began a collaboration for the “Share Everest” project with the United Nation Environment Program and the Ev K2 CNR

In 2014 and 2015 he participated in a project of the Forest Stewardship Council. Editorial photographer for Oasis magazine, an environmental culture magazine where he writes technical and creative texts on nature photography.

Since 2016 he has been part of OpenCircle – Sharing Outdoor Passion, a visual media production agency related to the world of adventure and extreme sports.

He actively collaborates in communication projects and books, including Orobie Valtellinesi Natural Park, Groane Regional Park, Serio Regional Park, Lame del Sesia Regional Park, Grigne Regional Park, Adda Nord Park, WWF Italy, FSC Italy, Ev-K2-CNR, Montagna.tv.

He collaborates with some national and international associations, closely on the mountain world with the Mountain Wilderness Association.
