Ice climbing
Ice climbing is a unique experience, for true daredevils. The alpine guides of Ursus Adventures will accompany you in your approach to this fantastic discipline.
It begins with a snowy approach to the ice falls in Val di Rabbi, the realm of ice climbing. We will use snowshoes if necessary and the route will allow us to warm up before the real adventure.
After the delivery of the technical material, the mountain guide will carry out a short theoretical lesson giving you the necessary instructions to undertake this fantastic activity and guaranteeing you maximum safety.
Then the adventure begins which consists of a climb up an ice waterfall with crampons and ice axe, where the fun will be equal to the safety of the experience.
This is a real baptism of ice climbing, where you can learn the correct ascent technique and then the abseil, always assisted by a mountain guide.
The baptism of ice climbing takes place in the wonderful and wild Val di Rabbi, a hidden and still untouched corner of Trentino.
Ice climbing seems like an impossible task for true experts. It is not so. Logically, it takes the right amount of training, the correct clothing, but mainly it’s a matter of mind and motivation.
